I have spent many hours interviewing people that have knee problems, back problems, lymphatic issues and have found out which rebounders work for certain people. Not everyone can use a rebounder the same way. 10 minutes of 40 teaspoons of lymph drainage to the liver can be inappropriate for some. Not everyone can handle such a flush in one session.

Remember: The Health Bounce is nearly ineffective if not doing a lipolysis session in between sessions. This is what I hear from lymphatic practitioners.
